In spirit of ‘anything goes’, head chefs Peter Robertson and Jean Michel Raynaud were granted carte blanche to develop an exclusive dessert degustation* to match the Louis Roederer Carte Blanche profile:
First Course “The salad”
Yoghurt and strawberry “gravier”, a salad of raspberry and almond, champagne vinaigrette
Second Course “The entree”
Milk chocolate pate de fruit, champagne jelly, pistachio crumble
Main Course “The hot main”
Chocolate fondant, green tea, champagne and caviar
