
As you approach Baroque, you can't avoid peering into the open plan patisserie kitchen where our skilled Patissiers led by the renowned Jean Michel Raynaud create an intricate glorious array of cakes and macarons.
Whether spending a day at The Rocks Market, shopping for gifts or just strolling around Circular Quay, anyone is welcome to come and view the alchemy in the a buzzing exhibition-style kitchen, you can even get involved by joining a hands on Macaron Masterclass
Diners in the restaurant can choose from a spectacular range of macarons, individual cakes, tartlets and desserts all hand-made onsite.
Baroque is owned and operated by the Charkos family from iconic Sydney patisserie, La Renaissance Patisserie. Renowned in The Rocks, and indeed further afield, La Renaissance has impressed all with an array of delicate, handmade pastries for over 35 years.
Baroque has now become the epicentre of production, introducing a greater selection of cakes, tartlets, breads and other fine pastries.
