Willie Harcourt-Cooze from Willie's World Class Cacao and Channel 4's Willie's Wonky Chocolate Factory (UK) has inspired millions the world over to change the way they enjoy chocolate and is heading to our shores for this years Sydney International Food Festival.
Over 3 days in October, Baroque Head Chefs Peter Robertson and patisserie king Jean Michel Raynaud have joined forces with Willie to explore the wonders of REAL chocolate in a series of exclusive events and activities at Baroque to inspire you!
Willie's Golden Ticket Showcase Dinners
Wednesday 5th October | $220pp
As part of the Sydney International Food Festival's showcase dinners, Willie, in conjunction with Baroque Head Chefs Peter Robertson and Jean Michel Raynaud, will prepare a 5 course menu using Willie's signature cacao products which will dispel the myth that chocolate is purely a "confectionery" product.

Willie's Chocolate Masterclass
Monday 3rd October | $120pp
Willie Harcourt-Cooze will guide you through a variety of recipes showing how chocolate can be used in dishes both savoury and sweet. You'll learn all about cacao in this lively demonstration, plus taste the wonder of REAL chocolate in cooking. You'll also have the chance to purchase Willie's latest cook book with book signings after the event.
A wonderful finish to the October long weekend.
