Willie Harcourt-Cooze from Willie's World Class Cacao and Channel 4's Willie's Wonky Chocolate Factory (UK) has inspired millions the world over to change the way they enjoy chocolate and is heading to our shores for this years Sydney International Food Festival.

Over 3 days in October, Baroque Head Chefs Peter Robertson and patisserie king Jean Michel Raynaud have joined forces with Willie to explore the wonders of REAL chocolate in a series of exclusive events and activities at Baroque to inspire you!

Willie's Golden Ticket Dinners
Tuesday 4th October / Wednesday 5th October | $220pp

Willie, in conjunction with Baroque Head Chefs Peter Robertson and Jean Michel Raynaud, will prepare a 5 course menu using Willie's signature cacao products which will dispel the myth that chocolate is purely a "confectionery" product.
