In spirit of ‘anything goes’, head chefs Peter Robertson and Jean Michel Raynaud were granted carte blanche to develop an exclusive dessert degustation to match the Louis Roederer Carte Blanche flavour:
First Course “The salad”
Yoghurt and strawberry “gravier”, a salad of raspberry and almond, champagne vinaigrette
Second Course “The entree”
Milk chocolate pate de fruit, champagne jelly, pistachio crumble
Main Course “The hot main”
Chocolate fondant, green tea, champagne and caviar

Have you booked your Melbourne Cup Luncheon?
Tuesday 2nd November
We’re hosting a very special Melbourne Cup luncheon featuring a glass of Louis Roederrer Brut Premier champagne on arrival, a two course set menu, coffee/tea and macarons for $85 per person.
All the action of race day will screened live on two TVs from midday (with sound) and we’ll be providing runners to the TAB for all your betting needs, plus a Baroque sweep for every guest. There’ll also be prizes for the best dressed male, female and couple.
