1. The promotion is only open to Sydney residents working in an office within the Sydney metropolitan area. We do not deliver nationally or internationally.

2. The promotion is free: Macarons cannot be exchanged, returned or sold.

3. Only one entry per office allowed per month.

4. Offices will be selected at random from all the entries on the 25th day of each month (starting February 2010) at 9am.

5. No responsibility will be accepted for lost, damaged, delayed or incorrectly completed entries or for computer hardware, software or network failures of any kind that restrict or delay entry.

6. Chosen offices will receive their prize by Baroque at a time that is convenient for both parties.

7. Baroque cannot guarantee the exact items nor the exact quantity of the products delivered.

8. In the event where the participant is not able to accept the delivery, there will be no re-delivery. Winners can chose to pick up their prize from Baroque Bistro Patisserie, 88 George Street, The Rocks, Sydney.

9. Once the items have been delivered, it is the chosen offices’ responsibility to look after the products. The products must be kept refrigerated at all times.

10. The draw can only be entered by completing the form via this website. No postal entries will be accepted.

11. Chosen offices agree to participate in any publicity arranged by Baroque Bistro Patisserie,

12. Entrants agree to be bound by all the entry instructions of which these terms and conditions form a part.
