Booking & Confirmation: Baroque booking form must be completed and signed with the full course payment to ensure confirmation of your place in the class. Spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis. Accepted payment methods are cash, cheque, EFT or credit card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express). Once offered a place in a masterclass

Cancellations: All cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your class. Full refund will only be given for cancellations made up to this point. No refund will be given for cancellations within 7 days of your scheduled class. However you would be able to transfer your enrolment to another person.

Group Bookings: Full payment for group bookings must be made one month in advance of intended class. Full refund will be only given if cancellation is made two weeks prior to your group booking.

Group Bookings Numbers: Course price and structure is based on 12 people per course. Accordingly, unless otherwise instructed we reserve the right to fill remaining places on your course. If you would like your class exclusively for your group then the total cost will be for 12 people irrespective of whether your numbers reach this capacity. Please note for safety reasons our course capacity is strictly limited to 12 people.

Children: Children are welcome however must be accompanied by a responsible adult if under the age of 16. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age.

Hens/Bucks/Birthday Parties: We will accept hens/bucks or birthday parties, however people undertaking the course must not be under the influence of any alcohol or drugs. We reserve the right to refuse access to the kitchen to any person we consider unfit to undertake the course. No alcohol or drugs are to be brought on premises.

We are able to arrange drinks for your party during the break and at the end of the class however responsible service of alcohol will apply (refer below).

Insurance/Public Liability: Baroque Bistro accepts no liability or responsibility for damage, injury, loss of goods, equipment, personal effects.

Hours: Standard duration for the course is ** hours. One ** break will be taken around **am/pm. Lunch and soft drinks will be provided. Any alcohol consumed will be at additional cost and will be at the discretion of the course supervisor.

Responsible Service of Alcohol: Baroque Bistro is committed to the responsible service of alcohol. As noted above, we reserve the right to refuse access to the class any person we consider to be intoxicated and will be removed from the premises at Licencee/Management discretion as required by law.

Special Requests: We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate any special requests you have for your class.
