Chef de Cuisine, Yann Fontaine and the team prepare no fuss French fare of exceptional restaurant quality and superb value. Yann has worked in some of Sydney's top restaurants including Quay, Bilson's and at the Bathers' Pavillion.
Choose from classic bistro food such as braised beef cheeks on roast parsnip, ocean trout on carrot puree or one of many plat du jour and blackboard specials. Be sure to leave some room for dessert, prepared fresh in the exhibition-style, open plan kitchen.
