His creations have won numerous accolades all over the globe, been chosen by high profile celebrities for special occasions – Lleyton and Bec Hewitt and Nicole Kidman to name a few - and served at some of Australia’s most exclusive events.
Jean-Michel is the guiding force behind cake production and creation at Baroque and sister patisserie, La Renaissance.
When dining in at Baroque, all our cakes are served with a quenelle of house made ice cream or fruit sorbet.
